Autentica Participates in Virtual Career Days

The largest career event in the Baltics – Virtual Career Days 2017 – will take place from October 24th to 30th. It invites everyone to visit almost 60 employers from Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. The aim of the event is to introduce its visitors not only to the corporate culture, work environment and everyday life, but also to the current vacancies and to invite to participate in interesting discussions in online chat rooms. The event will be held on the Internet and its attendance is free.
Virtual Career Days is an opportunity not only for young people to get acquainted with their possible first employer in-house, but also to those who have already proven their professionalism in the labor market, look at the daily routines and current offers of other employers. This is a convenient way to prepare for a job interview, obtaining information and a picture of the industry, the company and the job offers, so that the candidate will feel not only more confident, but also will be able to assess the relevance and interest in the job of a particular employer.
