The First Anniversary of SIA Autentica

Decision about making a merger was carefully weighted. It took approximately one and a half years to go from the idea to the actual reorganisation. Management of all involved companies made thorough analysis of all benefits and drawbacks of the merger. Conclusion was that by merging the companies will give us broader skill and knowledge set, increase delivery and management capacity, improve career opportunities for our employees and strengthen our position in the market. Merger was completed on 04.06.2014, when changes were made in commerce register of Latvia.

Now we can say with confidence, that it was worth it!
