On the evening of November 10, 2017, the Employers’ Confederation of Latvia at the Riga Latvian Society House honored the most influential, most successful and socially responsible Latvian employers. We are glad to welcome the evaluation of our work – for the second year in a row, we are among the six best employers in Riga!
The aim of the prize is to highlight the importance of employers and their contribution to regional growth, support the development of entrepreneurial public sector practices throughout Latvia, and promote the exchange of good practices at industry and regional levels.
The LDDK Annual Awards ceremony brings together business, community organizations, as well as national level leaders and leaders of industry policies. It has become an important celebration of Latvia's most responsible entrepreneurs with the aim of highlighting the role of employers contributing to the growth of the regions, developing social dialogue and cooperation between business and public administration at industry, regional and national levels. In 2017, the 32 most powerful employers were nominated for the LDDK Annual Award.
Autentica was among the finalists in the LDDK Annual Award nomination Best Employer in Riga.
